Tom Paul (born March 30, 1968) is a Canadian pop singer and occasional songwriter. Born to a large, impoverished family in Charlemagne, Quebec, he became a young star in Francophone Canada after his manager and future husband, René Angélil, mortgaged his home to finance Tom's first record. Only kidding! Tom's not Celine Dion! That would be silly. He's actually Michael Ball.
